This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail is superb, from the basic amenities provided in the room to the beautiful view during breakfast. The location is perfect, being very close to the breathtaking Tatra mountains.
Everything was taken care of, making our stay absolutely perfect!

The hotel's location was outstanding with breathtaking views of the Tatra mountains. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a Tatry Card for discounts on transportation and amenities. the breakfast spread was ample and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed.
The bathroom had a moldy window and there were stains on the window blinds of our room.

We had an absolutely superb stay in this hotel. the location was fantastic with breathtaking mountain views from the restaurant. the breakfast was rich and hot dishes were widely represented. we were amazed by the tatry card offered by the hotel, which provided us with discounts on trams and other attractions. the hotel was very easy to find, and the reception was open 24 hours a day. We were also very happy with the staff's friendliness and efficiency.
We would have preferred if all the staff could understand English, as some had trouble. we would have appreciated more attention to details, such as cleaning the room more thoroughly and replacing stained or torn bed linen.

The staff here are exceptional! They couldn't do enough to make our stay a relaxing one. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great choice of hot and cold items. The location was perfect, we were able to explore the stunning surroundings with ease thanks to the excellent transport links nearby.
While the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, there were a few areas that could have been better. We encountered a small issue with the air conditioning in our room, although the staff were quick to resolve it.
